Join Our Parish

We welcome new members of Our Lady of Lourdes! Interested members are invited to visit the Parish Office at 3440 Lumardo Ave. to complete the process. Click here to fill out a form online. Staff members are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM to help interested individuals through the process.  If you would like to print out and complete a form to take to the Parish Office, please click here or complete an online form here.

New parishioners will be given an information packet of the many activities in our parish community.
